For our first Beer we thought we would like to impress you with a true pilsner. It was perfected in 1842 in Pilsen, Bohemia we have stayed with that same old time recipe. Pale in color with an assertive hop aroma, which is then aged for a smooth, clean flavor. This Beer is a little harder to make than others but we feel it will set the pace for all our other Beers that will come after.
